Oakdale, California-based Toledo Design & Development has earned the award for Excellence in Marketing & Home Design, which was given by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Building Systems Council on October 29.

Toledo Design also won two other awards recently – Contractor of the Year and Residential Project of the Year – from the Insulating Concrete Form Association (ICFA) at their annual expo and awards ceremony held in St. Louis, Missouri.

The company installs ICF wall systems using technology from Arxx Walls & Foundations.
